Milk Chocolate is good for your Heart

According to a study, chocolate or milk chocolate is good for your health. The University of Aberdeen found that the people who consumed chocolate were more likely to suffer from cardiovascular diseases. The kind of chocolate that you consume urges you to interpret the results. If you have moderate chocolate, you should avoid it. For the study to be conducted the participants can be used and eating habits, exercise routine and the lifestyle of the people were noted. After a period of 12 years about 3,000 – 21,000 people were seen suffering from heart disease or stroke. 


The people who consumed 16 to 100 gm chocolate at per day basis were the ones who experienced cardiovascular disease less by 14%. It also reduced the risk of stroke by 23%. Consuming chocolates can lower the body mass index, the ratio of waist to hip, blood pressure, proteins and diabetes. It also keeps you younger by exercising slightly. The connection between chocolate consumption and reduced heart disease and strokes has become even more robust. 

Many drawbacks are also related to this. Little chocolate is can help you to health related risks. The people who consumed high potential of cocoa drink have good memory than the ones who consumed less of it. The heart and brain has been connected to each other. It has extremes of fats and also contains lots of sugar. Therefore, the people can have milk chocolates for a better health. Now get rid of all sorts of problem.
