Spirulina Balls with Coconut, Dates & Lemon

Here’s a sweet twist to eating healthy Spirulina. The following recipe is totally vegan and has the goodness off coconut, hemp seeds, dates, pecan pies and a lot more.
Ingredients
•1 cup pecan nuts
•½ cup chopped dates
•½ cup coconut powder or flakes
•2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
•1 ½  Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
•2 Tbsp. coconut milk
•1 Tbsp. Spirulina
Instructions
1.Grind pecans and dates in to a course mixture in a food processor.
2.Add the coconut powder, hemp seeds, lemon juice and coconut milk to the mixture.
3.Make small balls from the mixture and put it into an air-tight container.
4.Keep the balls in the fridge to ensure longevity but consume in a day or two.  

These power balls can be eaten at any time of the day. The lemon juice adds tangy flavor, while pecan nuts, dates and hemp seeds add texture and crunch. Coconut flakes or powder helps in keeping the mixture together.
