Nothing can beat a bucket full of chocolate. It is smooth, creamy, rich and hence loved by everyone around the world. It contains fat but it is very good for our heart.
    Chocolate is made from plant "coco" and it works as anti aging diet. It has antioxidants and hence stop the free radicals to cause heart diseases. In fact, chocolates have eight times more antioxidants than strawberry. Moreover a chocolate also helps in controlling cholesterol level in our body.
    If you are depressed and you feel to be all alone, than chocolate can be your friend forever because it also works as an anti depressing diet. It gives immense pleasure in that can also be the reasons for valentines to use chocolates on 14th February every year. It has many different flavors which is not only tasty but healthy also. Our heart repeatedly purifies our blood vessels by sending blood in the complete body. Intake of chocolate can also works in a positive way in the cardiology system.

But it never means that after knowing the positive side, you can have a pound of chocolate at once. It has many calories and should be taken in very less amount in a day. If you hate milk, than you can eat dark chocolate as it has been proved by researches that by taking milk with chocolate, your body absorbs a lot amount of antioxidants.
