White Chocolate Truffles with Peppermint
Making white chocolate truffles is easy at home and one of the most eaten candy. All you need is a few ingredients and lot of patience and love. After this recipe, you won’t have to buy truffles from sweet shop. It has got a minty flavor because of peppermint and will leave you wanting for more.
●White chocolate chopped
●Peppermint extract or oil
●Chop off the white chocolate and put it in a double boiler bowl. Keep stirring as it melts on medium-high heat.
●In a separate bowl heat the cream and put it off when it comes to a boil, add few drops of peppermint extract. Let it cool a bit then mix with the white chocolate mix.
●Mix cream and chocolate until it becomes smooth.
●Cover the chocolate mix with a cling film and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
●Mix confectioner’s and vanilla sugar. Take small teaspoon size chunks of refrigerated chocolate and divide into equal portions.
●Make small balls and roll each ball in the sugar mix.
●Refrigerate all the balls until serving.
