Glowing Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are among the healthiest due to the fact that they are, well, green.  What we actually mean is that green smoothies are made of leafy green vegetables which are super healthy and easily digested. The glowing green smoothie contains the following ingredients:

  • spinach
  • celery
  • Romaine lettuce

Those ingredients together with ice and water provide a healthy meal.
